Extract from the Internal Regulations of the Domaine de Fanélie

 

Welcome to Domaine de Fanélie!
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, here are a few rules to follow. Please read them and share them with your loved ones. If you have any questions, Mylène is here to help!

1. General conditions

  • Responsibility: The tenant is responsible for all occupants and visitors.
  • Arrival and departure: Arrival from 4 p.m., departure until 10 a.m. (unless otherwise agreed with Mylène).

2. Noise and Neighborhood

  • Respect for peace and quiet: To ensure everyone's peace and quiet, please limit noise, especially between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m.
  • No excessive noise: No loud music or noisy games, especially at night.

3. Visitors

  • Max 2 visitorsat a time (until 9 p.m.).
  • No visitors at night, except by prior agreement with Mylène.

4. Parties and Events

  • No big parties: If you would like to organize an event, please let us know in advance.
  • Small gathering: If you have friends over, please respect the calm and the number of visitors.

5. Waste and Selective Sorting

  • Selective sorting: Use the appropriate bins and do not leave anything lying around in common areas.

6. Security

  • Secure your home: Before leaving, make sure all windows and doors are closed. Consider turning off lights and electronics to save energy.
  • Air Conditioning: Avoid leaving the air conditioning on when you are not in the room. Charges may apply if the outdoor unit is running while you are away.

7. Safety Equipment

  • A defibrillator (at reception), fire extinguishers, and smoke detectorsare available for your safety. In case of an emergency, please use them wisely.

8. Water Consumption

  • Water is precioushere, so try not to waste it.

9. Tobacco

  • No smoking inside and around the cottage. Please dispose of your cigarette butts properly.

10. Balcony/Terrace

  • Child supervision: Please always keep an eye on children on balconies or terraces and of course at the swimming pool.
  • Do not throw anythingfrom the balcony, and avoid leaning over.

11. Animals

  • Pets allowed: A small companion can accompany you (with Mylène's prior agreement and a supplement of €5/day).
  • Responsibility: You are responsible for your pet. Remember to pick up its droppings and avoid noise pollution.

12. Breakage and Damage

  • Minor incidents?:If something breaks or is damaged, notify Mylène as soon as possible. A refund for the replacement will be requested. No furniture should be moved without prior agreement.

13. Internet

  • Responsible Use: Wi-Fi access is provided for your convenience. Please do not download content illegally.

14. Departure

  • Cleanliness at the end of your stay: Please return the accommodation in a state of cleanliness equivalent to that of your arrival.
  • If you would like us to take care of it, you can pay for the cleaning option, a short check will take place upon your departure (in all cases: dishes done and bins empty).

16. Tourist Tax

  • The tourist taxis €1 per night per adult. It may be subject to change by the municipality.

17. Swimming pool

  • Safety first: The pool is a relaxing space, but it is important to always supervise children. Access to the pool is the responsibility of adult tenants.
  • Safety rules:
    • Showering is mandatorybefore entering the water to keep the pool clean.
    • No divingor noisy games that might disturb the neighbors.
    • No glass objectsaround the pool to avoid any risk of breakage.
    • No runningaround the pool to avoid falls.
  • Opening Hours: The pool is open daily from 9am to 7pm. Please respect these hours for everyone's well-being.
  • Responsibility: The pool is not supervised, so everyone is responsible for their own safety and that of their children.

18. Compliance with the Regulations

  • Any failure to comply with the regulationsmay result in cancellation of the location and expulsion.
  • Minorsmust not be left alone in the accommodation.

19. Evolution of the Regulation

  • These regulations may be modified at any time.
